Hey friend, I know It can be scary seeing a new stylist for the first time. Come with me, I designed this “Pre-visit” experience to help you feel more at ease.
What Makes Me Unique
I approach hair from a different perspective. I have developed a methodology that has enabled me to share my unique approach and knowledge with others by combining science with a practical hair care plan, disguised in a spa treatment.
Pre-Visit
You will be prompted to fill out a NEW GUEST virtual consultation form when booking your first appointment with me. This initiates communication and lets me get to know your hair goals so that I can ensure your initial appointment is booked properly, that there are no surprises when you arrive and best of all, I get to work preparing for your arrival.
Once booked you will receive a welcome email from me with information regarding directions, what to wear and what you can expectKnow that at any time, if you have questions or concerns, you may reach me before your appointment via that email.
Appointment Day
When you arrive you will be offered a satin robe, a drink and a warm blanket and we will get right down to work beginning with the consultation. We will discuss your hair routine, concerns, hair goals, budget & lifestyle. Including looking at pictures you’ve sent in your virtual form as well as new ones. We may grab color swatches and talk hair texture, density and health. Don’t worry, this will be so much fun and I will guide you through the whole process. Once we have a game plan, you can relax and make yourself at home. I provide snacks, treats, beverage options and a few extras along the way.
Creating the perfect color and style starts with the health of your scalp and hair. A scalp scope and hair assessment will give me insight as to where to begin. The main causes of hair color, texture and style problems are usually simple. I will address the source, incorporate the proper technique and treatment into your service and create a simple at home routine for you to maintain.
You will leave the salon feeling refreshed, informed and ready to love your hair again.
Post Visit
You will be receiving a follow-up email from me that will include:
-Details of your hair and scalp analysis
-Recommendations on tools, steps and products that will be of benefit.
-Access to my VIP LOUNGE that includes:
Tutorials, product links, blog and more
-You can always email/text me for styling support.
