Since 1990, doing hair has been more than just my career — it’s been a part of my heart. You've let me be part of your lives, trusted me with your stories, your transformations, and your most vulnerable moments. For that, I am deeply grateful.
Over the past few years, my journey has taken a more personal shift into Trichology, (the science of hair and scalp health), driven by a desire to help those struggling with hair loss and scalp issues in a deeper, more meaningful way.
As I follow this calling, I’ll be limiting my styling days and adjusting my prices to reflect the time, care, and specialized training I continue to invest in both hairstyling and trichology.
This shift isn't easy, it’s emotional for me too however, it’s guided by purpose and love for the work I do and the people I serve. I’m still here, just with a renewed focus and a heart full of hope to help even more people feel whole again. I understand that booking with me may no longer fit into everyone’s budget or schedule and I want you to know, I truly understand and respect that. This transition is bittersweet. I care deeply for each of you, and these changes come from a place of growth, not distance. If continuing with me doesn’t feel right for you at this time, please don’t feel uncomfortable or obligated your support over the years has already meant the world to me. For those who would like to continue coming to the salon, I want to make sure you’re still in great hands and I mean truly great hands.
Annamarie is the owner of 200 East Mane Salon, where Suzi Loves Hair is located. She also happens to be my daughter — and yes, I’m a proud mom, but I say this with all honesty: she’s an incredibly gifted stylist.
Annamarie has been a Master Cosmetologist for over 3 years, and her talent, attention to detail, and passion for making people feel beautiful shines through in everything she does. She offers a full range of color, cut, and styling services, and she shares the same commitment to care and excellence that you’ve come to expect in this space.
If my schedule becomes limited or we decide together that it’s time to shift your care, please know Annamarie is a wonderful option and truly someone I trust with my clients — and with my heart. I will always be available for questions or consult when you are booked with Annamarie.
